Got some new followers so I’ll share a bit about myself! I was diagnosed auDHD in January of this year. I turned 40 a few months ago. I’ve been fighting to get on disability since 2021. I also have bipolar II, PTSD, and physical disabilities. I’m *very* neurospicy & I’m learning how to unmask.

Part of being Autistic for me, is sometimes becoming overstimulated and exhausted by my own thoughts. All the processing, considering various factors, planning, problem solving, scripting, and more, can be a lot to navigate.

For most of my life my temp has averaged 99.6F & I was almost always hot & sweated easily. In the last couple months, however, I’ve been cold or freezing most of the time with occasional hot flashes (I’m perimenopausal so that I get), & I couldn’t figure out why til I mentioned it to a friend & (1)
