Back on this wagon since finishing my massive RL task and my Pitt winter exchange, which this beast began its life as but quickly outgrew. I'm thinking final word count will be in the realm of 25k right now. Looking to finish this weekend and post in time for Christmas.

Something I’m seeing a lot with the AI animal videos is chihuahua abuse? So many people signaling their desire to harm something small & fragile for a laugh. It’s not funny, it’s concerning. It’s creepy. It makes me wonder what these people are doing to the animals and people in their lives.
Of all the sins of AI, this is an unexpected and deeply annoying one
Funny animal videos no longer being trustworthy just fucking sucks all around. I love the wonder of animal behavior and what it says about the experience of being alive. It's because it happened in reality that it's so fun. It's not fun if it was just made up. There's no wonder there.

Inordinately elated that my ceramics class for tonight was canceled due to weather because no way was I going to be able to make it with this foot and the roads and I already skipped one class and didn't want to make it two. Had to miss last night's glass too, which means I've missed two of those.
