Cecilia values coziness above most else. She’s 11 ish years old and 9 ish lbs., some kind of chihuahua mix. She is great at catching a falling Cheeto and gives sweet hugs.

My Apple watch alerted me that I had reached my “move” goal for the day… while I was eating a bagel. Yay exercise 🥯👍🏻

I did it! I made bread for the first time! Focaccia topped with literally just olive oil, salt and pepper and served hot is incredible.

As of today, I have officially made it one year with no cigarettes.

I vaped while slowly reducing nicotine and finally got off it completely in May.

Went to the gym and lifted a volume of over 26k lbs, wore myself out as best I could. Still worrying after today’s funding freeze on so many organizations and programs doing life-saving work. Buckle up I guess.
