Spreading it around is fine and funny, as long as people know it's basically a meme now.

I think they're at higher risk of harm because the limitations you mentioned and that it's humiliating for ICE which probably means some frustration will be exercised.

These costumes really ruin the optics of the propaganda videos the far right wants to make, which is what they're there for.

ICE will eventually target them and brutalize them to try to run them off, so they can get useful propaganda video. I hope they're prepared for that.
