Dump has terminated the 50-year lease between the National Park Service and the nonprofit National Links Trust which runs three public golf courses in DC. I’m willing to bet his plan is to take them over personally and turn them into private Trump owned clubs. 🤬🤬

Question: But the president’s statements that he believed the election was rife with fraud—those are statements protected by the First Amendment, correct?

Smith: Absolutely not. If they are made to target a lawful government function and are made with knowing falsity, then no, they are not.

1/ Tina Peters is in prison for criminally breaching election security, not for exposing fraud. No court, audit, or investigation found widespread voter fraud in Colorado. Mail-in voting in Colorado has existed for years, is used by voters across parties, and has been upheld by courts.

On Jack Smith deposition, now released:

100% obvious why GOP refused to allow this as open testimony, aired live. It's damning.

Testimony from John Dean or Alex ("wiretaps") Butterfield in Watergate days would have 1/10th the impact if just in print.

What Smith says is far more incriminating.

Gaza is in an urgent humanitarian crisis. The civilians are hungry, lack basic services and rely on our donations to survive.

We already tax unrealized gains for working class people in this country: property taxes. It pays for schools, police, fire, etc.

When we tax unrealized gains on the ultra-wealthy, it will help pay for healthcare, housing, childcare, education, etc.

It will make America great.
