In the past when trying to quit nicotine, i’d often relapse very soon after announcing my decision to quit. This happened several times. My ex eventually told me “Maybe you should wait until you’re 2 weeks sober before you bring it up…”

I didnt fail at being “worth it.” I failed at being “convenient.”
