driving a factory ride height f56 means getting blinded by the fuckoff bright headlights of 90% of traffic so i’m leaning towards b) here
"car lights today are too bright" might be the most popular complaint about cars, and people always think it's a courtesy or regulatory issue when it's almost always A) an aging thing, or B) a product of most vehicles being so much larger that their lights project down into smaller cars like this

You mostly don't need to. There's only 2 reasons: to let centripetal force spin the dough out evenly, which you can do by hand, and to shake off excess flour, which isn't necessary.
