An arrest of a person due entirely to the person having dark skin color is now known across the country as a "Kavanaugh stop," based on Justice Kavanaugh's justification of the practice. slate.com/news-and-pol...
There’s a New Lawsuit Against “Kavanaugh Stops.” It’s Absolutely Devastating.
These detentions, far from the “brief” inconvenience the justice described, are often lengthy, violent, and dangerous.

In a small town in County Cork, Ireland, a monument stands in appreciation to the American Choctaw Indian Tribe.
Although impoverished, shortly after being forced to walk the Trail of Tears, the tribe somehow gathered $170 to send to Ireland for famine relief in 1847 [Historic Vids]

"I've been in units where we handle firearms regularly. And I know how to handle firearms. And safety at the ... Police Department is always number one. So I know how to handle firearms. And I've been a policeman a long time. And I just wanted to make that clear."
"The gun manufacturer has been sued by several law enforcement officers who all claim that their P320 fired accidentally.

SIG Sauer claims that this cannot happen."
A Houston police officer says his gun fired on its own. Now he’s suing the manufacturer.
Officer Richard Fernandez’s lawsuit is one of many filed against SIG Sauer.

And county sheriffs also referring people in custody at jails.
This is unfortunately one thing to drop in the category of "screwed up stuff that has been screwed up for ages."

"Bodies" is a depressingly standard term used by DHS to refer to people in custody.
Garcia said he was shaken by what he heard while he was detained.

“They call them ‘bodies,’ they reduce them to bodies,” he said. “My blood was boiling.”

Police advice is to call the police to see if police are really at your door. Must apply to ICE etc as well. No more masks. Clear name badges and IDs. Warrants.

And the feds must stop arresting and roughing up elected officials for asking questions. This can inspire violence. Games must stop now.
We have entered the "The police is saying that if the police is at your door you are not safe call the police immediately" stage of making America great again

I was standing in line at Federalist Pig when I saw Elena Kagan leave her car parked illegally with the flashers on to run in and pick up her takeout BBQ order. It was very relatable.
Right folks. Feeling rather down at the moment so bringing back an oldie

"We know where the contraband is coming from... People who work in the institutions know where it's coming from. The contraband is coming from the employees of the institution. But they are blaming everyone. This will have a real adverse impact on the ability of people to visit incarcerated people."
"Anyone entering a California prison [..] will be subject to a canine search."

"Last year, a woman received a $5.6 million settlement after she was sexually violated during a strip search while she was trying to visit her husband at a prison in Tehachapi."

California prisons have a narcotics problem. Now, more people will face canine searches
California prisons will make more use of canine searches on visitors and staff as they attempt to stem the flow of drugs and other contraband among the incarcerated population.

There’s no Alien Enemies Act exception to the Fourth Amendment.
The Justice Dept. has authorized law enforcement officers to GO INTO PEOPLE'S HOMES WITHOUT SEARCH WARRANTS if they suspect that someone is an "alien enemy"

State judges are often very sensitive to you citing federal law to them, whether in New York or Texas or really anywhere else.

I was just watching an argument where that came up, but I remember a judge saying "What flag is that behind me counsel?" after a lawyer cited the local federal COA.
