ScotGov needs to grow a pair, if UKGov won't pay security costs for high profile foreign visitors, ScotGov should simply tell them no security will be provided. Why should our police budget suffer when we're constantly told foreign affairs are reserved to Westminster. Stop playing nice! 🏴

I agree, though she deserves it. I'm not confident that the UK Government will get back much if any funds, a lot of tough talk but wait and see how much is actually recovered. Eventually they'll take her title, big deal!😡

It's clear to everyone that Brexit is a disaster for the UK economy. Unbelievably after Brexit destroying the Tories and Labour it appears th England are now preparing to elect Farage as PM, the very clown most responsible for Brexit. Scotland can have no part of this, Independence is the answer! 🏴

Zonal pricing (common in Europe) would save the UK Government billions per year in constraint payments but ruled it out because Scotland would have vastly cheaper electricity. That would encourage business to come here at the expense of England. 🏴

The 'Scottish' media is, to a large extent, the campaigning arm of WM rule of Scotland. Between now & May 2026 it will spin every positive story about Scotland as a negative one, and where that's impossible, will not report positives at all. Try other sources.
