For a while now the lower courts have been the only saving grace. #JusticeRoberts essentially discarded the credibility of #SCOTUS the moment him and the conservative judges bowed to the whims of #POTUS.

For the last year the lower courts have tried to maintain a sense of nonpartisanship while the extremist super majority of #SCOTUS have become staunch loyalist to the mad president.
