Green: You know what's the best part of the holidays? Blue: What is it? Green: All our problems are next year's problems. All can wait until January. "It's not a malfunction. A predictive model predicts some text, and maybe it's accurate, maybe it isn't, but the process is the same either way. To put it another way: LLMs are structurally indifferent to truth."

Vitamin B12 is a rather unique vitamin.

Only certain bacteria and archaea can make it, not plants or animals.

Animals require B12 and can obtain and store it, which is why meat and fish are well-known sources for humans.

But what about non-animal foods? Can they provide any B12 at all?🧵⤵️

Its always amusing to me when I see someone post a photo of a calico or tortie, and ask for name suggestions "for their boy"

And post an update a bit later "okay, guess they were a girl."

Torties are genetically female 99.99% of the time. You typically ONLY get a male if they are XXY or a chimera.
