If every dem critical post of “Dem message should be X” simply said X, it would transform online politics.

But then engagement addicted poasters wouldn’t get all the anti-Dem bot-mind engagement.

Gets so tiring.

Nothing stopping anyone from pushing the message they wish to see.

I think your perception of people who disagree with you as “maladjusted shut-ins” says everything that needs to be said about why you don’t get what they’re saying.

Mostly because of how the media (traditional and nontraditional) present Dem messages.

The overwhelming amount of “if only the Dems had…” posts about things the Dems definitely had done across all media is astounding.

If trump nuked Greenland there’d be competing NYT/WaPo think pieces about why it’s a bad look for the Dems.

Unfortunately ICE has most of its enforcement and detention staff listed as essential (unless that has changed since the last GOP govt shutdown). They keep working even if funding lapses.
