Card collector. Cat owner. Giant nerd. Securities attorney. Not your attorney.
Come on, major media commentators, say it. Say "The President still doesn't understand that prices cannot be reduced by more than 100 percent, because the President does not understand math or numbers." Just say it. Grow a pair.

When your dad, or grandpa, or great grandpa starts saying this kind of demented, disconnected-from-reality shit, you don't let him go out in front of other people. His staff must truly hate him, to allow him to go out and give a speech like this.

Saw this just now. "Sunday’s attack was Australia’s worst mass shooting since a massacre almost 30 years ago saw the country introduce some of the world’s toughest gun laws." As an American, 15 fatalities sounds more like "worst in a year" stuff, not worst in three decades.

This is officially one of the strangest pictures in American history, and I do not doubt that it will be considered iconic a hundred years from now.

100% serious here.

I don't feel bad for Usha Vance or Melania Trump.

Neither should you.

They know EXACTLY what they're doing.

Complicit every single step of the way. They chose this. They participate in it to this day. They're all in.

And what Andrew Cuomo lacks in integrity, he could never make up for with experience.

The free speech activist who built a list of professors he worked to get fired for their speech must be celebrated for his support of free speech, and anyone who quotes his speech accurately in context will be fired and/or face state punishment by the champions of free speech, do I have that right?

Who would have guessed that the right wing's equivalent of "Sydney Sweeney's jeans ad" - except that they're ACTUALLY outraged, as opposed to the completely fake left-wing outrage that they made up to smear the left wing - would be the Cracker Barrel logo, of all things?

So, really, who has more dirt on Trump - Putin or Netanyahu? I used to think it was pretty clearly Putin, but now I'm wavering.

But anyway, crank shit is blossoming on the left and I don't like it. I think this stuff is wrong and propagated by people with suspicious motives. Its provenance is shifty and disingeuine. Knock it off.

Law firms did not strike a "truce" with Trump. They capitulated to an authoritarian. Some, like Skadden, sought out these deals before they even faced any sanction from the Trump regime.

The law students standing up are brave. The law firms they are protesting are cowards.

Absolute fucking clown show.

Hegseth accidentally included a reporter in a text message group announcing strikes in Yemen, including weapons, targets, and timing.

The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

This Paul Weiss capitulation is the most disgraceful action by a major law firm in my lifetime, so appalling that I couldn’t believe it at first.

Any lawyers at that firm—partners or associates—who don’t promptly resign will defile their moral and professional reputations beyond repair.

It is a sad day for the legal industry. Paul Weiss, didn't just bend a knee, it set a new standard for shameful capitulation. This is a stain on the firm, every one of its partners, and the entire legal profession.
