To my surprise, CDC is still tracking how many children RFK condemns to measles. Cases are getting younger and, of course, it is spreading faster.

The UK was declared measles free in 2017.

Vaccine programs completely eliminated it.

Since then, pro sickness conspiracy theorists and anti science idiots have enabled its return.
“Seven schools and a nursery have reported more than 60 suspected cases of measles in an area of north London, and labs have confirmed 34 cases since January 12. Some children have been treated in hospital.”

RFK, jr & team are trying to squash the market for vaccines and US funding for vaccine R&D and thereby cut off vaccine development globally. It's incumbent on other powers (including e.g. US states) to act to preserve the vaccine development system with research and vaccination funding.

One in five children infected in the recent London measles outbreak were reportedly hospitalised.
Don’t believe the anti-vaxxers when they say “it’s a mild disease” or “it’s better to get immunity naturally”.
It isn’t.

People who spew anti vaccine crap should be prosecuted by their victims.

It would quickly shut them down.

Parents who refuse to vaccinate their children are reliant on those who do.
Sounds obvious but it’s a very privileged position to take.
