On the contrary, I think it just shows how VAR has ruined the game. Officials, on the pitch, have forgotten how to properly referee the game and instead now rely on VAR to officiate instead.
The 4 officials, Villa v NUfc were absolutely attrocious.

Through to the 5th round despite the officials worst efforts. A brace from Tonali who was my MOM and a birthday goal from Big Nick put the nail in Villa’s self destructing coffin. Despite going behind, #NUFC the better team.
#PGMOL must review this performance as it was disgraceful.

Well I finally got a chance to watch #AVLBHA and how pleased are we that #PGMOL made the wrong call and didn’t give #AVFC a penalty for that blatant push on Tammy Abraham?

Yesterday, Gabi Jesus was given offside even though it appeared both his feet were planted on the ground in the #ARSENAL half of the field.
This is something I’ve never seen before and will probably never see it again.
