If I want to hit something, why do I have to say I’m using a Use Violence rule? I THINK it’s something about corralling rules for specific situations and outcomes in a simple easy to find space. I think.

Bit I find people saying “I’m using the XX rule” takes me out of the fiction a bit.

As a player, #FiveTorchesDeep is a fun, "ready-to-go", just enough variety to give everyone at the table a chance to contribute, OSR-spirit/5e meaningful character creation choice #TTRPG, with great art and easy to follow layout. #FTD As an editor/critic? It's 3/4 baked and needs another development iteration. Undefined concepts, lazy reliance on "just convert from your favorite X system", and (my personal peeve) too much OSR "GM Fiat" to tilt it from Player Confidence to Beg The GM for Permission. A sponge for House Rules and inconsistent interpretation. A marketing mock-up for more carefully developed games like #ShadowDark.

Played a bit of Phantasy Star 4. Gives a chill first impression but immediately throws you into the deep end by the time you have four party members.

What's really obnoxious though is it seems to ignore my menuing sometimes. I'll try to say fight but then I'll run away instead. Really annoying.

TLDR: I’m starting a new job soon, schedule will be up in the air (again), will have a fresher model and schedule soon
Hey friends!! Now the date is closer, and I think I’m in the clear for now- it’s time for another announcement! I’m starting my new job at the start of next month!! So what does that mean? Well because of a complete flexible work schedule, the weekly streaming schedule will be up in the air. Would it be mean a bit of a hiatus until everything calms down or down to one stream at week for a while? Maybe. The silver lining is when I get the work schedule it’ll be every 4 weeks, so that’ll give me leeway and time to plan around my shifts. I’ll start off with two weeks of training which is 40 hours each, then on 20/30 hours for four shifts and then two rest days. I may have to work longer shifts with more rest days in between, of course and hopefully I’ll be notified on the rota in advance. I have time off pre booked off beforehand but that will consist of dog sitting whilst my parents are on holiday and heading off to Sunnycon with the hinge. I can absolutely try to keep it to the days I normally stream, or at least the start times but I can’t guarantee that would be the case. All I can do really is give you a guideline of when I can go live and whether I’m feeling up for it, I’ll go live. Whether that will be a weekly schedule or a monthly schedule I used to do for the blue heart platform, that’ll be decided depending on the schedules. That would also mean I may be absent in Scamper’s Monday streams and the tabletop stream I am featured in every 3 weeks by Grey, but still I want you lot to support them even when I’m not there as there are other people to root for and support! I’ll just be there in spirit. 💖 I think for the first two weeks, expect no streams unless I wanna put a chill shiny hunting stream to catch up with you to see how things are going. I’ll be having a refresher png model coming up hopefully next month so it’ll be nice to have a two week break and come back with a fresh model and schedule to boot. Thanks for sticking with me, whether it’s from the beginning, a while back, last year or even three seconds ago- our doors will always be open for you at the Pokétea Parlour. It wouldn’t be what it is without you lot 💖

This project is turning out pretty cool.
I'm working on a custom computer for my nephew. He likes Stitch.

This has taken an enormous amount of modeling, printing, testing, reiterating, more printing, but it seems to be getting to where I like it.

Looks badass, imho.😅
The stitch themed side plate for the PC. The stitch print is a shallow light box so it glows through the printed Stitch. Around Stitch is a bezel of translucent silver with a concentric print pattern and blue glow in the dark pieces keyed into the back in many locations. The glowing parts also make tiny line around the bezel and also splitting the panel into 4 equal parts. The back of the panel shows mounting locations and fins to block light leakage. The panel is also an air intake for the case and GPU. The back of the lightbox part has a array of white LEDs and around that is a frame that follows the blue lines with an array of ultraviolet LEDs. The intake grill parts and the LEDs that light them have not been installed yet.
