#AACR/#ASCO
I love this.

I have thought this whenever I’m flying to SITC or ASCO or AACR.

I think that this is an unbelievably under-appreciated point. Well said. Applies to #ASH18 as well as to every @sitcancer, @AACR, and @ASCO that I've been to. https://twitter.com/a_silverstein/status/1068935799490539523

This will have a “chilling effect on research collaboration across borders.” Expect fewer scientists to attend AACR and ASCO. @theaacr.bsky.social @ascocancer.bsky.social
The U.S. authorities denied entry to a French scientist and then deported him because his phone contained message exchanges with colleagues and friends in which he expressed his “personal opinion” on the Trump administration’s science policies, said the French government. nyti.ms/4iAZR2l

Thanks Eric! We're still trying to navigate this new space (our #hashtags seem a little less effective here) but excited to see all the new/old faces over here. Hoping ASCO AACR SABCS ISALC, etc. make presences here too!

We #BreastCancer advocates were complaining about @AACR charging a $75 registration fee after years of it being free, but @ASCO is charging $175 for #ASCOQuality24! This + cost of gas + hotel means most likely the only advocates in attendance will be those who are speaking or 2/

Woo hoo! #AACR and #ASCO are both in #Chicago for 2012. Maybe I'll just move there for April - June.

It’s not OK. The comments are off base. The system needs reform but a sweeping indictment is unfair to those who made important breakthroughs and helped people all over the world. @NIH @theNCI @AACR @ASCO @theNASEM @AACI_Cancer

This is fantastic. I know that it might be hard but seeing @ASH_hematology @ASCO and @AACR follow suit would be amazing.
