Für Amateure (also a für mi):
An 160er Nagel mit den Gasbrenner rotglühend macha
(Kombizange!) und in a Glas mit sehr zuckerhaltigen Bier tauchen.
Schäumt mächtig, der Zucker karamelisiert und der
Schaum wird warm.
Das Bier entwickelt sehr viel Aroma.

Profis habn a richtigen Stachel.
