Back in the day when Andy was coaching the Eagles and lived in a big spread out by Villanova he would order a cheesesteak from my friends hoagie shop after each win. He ordered two after each loss.

Ngl it feels fancy to make a proper au gratin. Normally I’d be just a lazy bum and dump in cream and cheese directly instead of making a proper béchamel then Mornay.
Though this is not mornay either. The amount of cheese this is cheese wiz.
