The thing about these lawsuits: if he cannot punish the Times through the courts, he can punish the Times himself, and use the courts’ dismissal of his claims as reason he should.

Spannend, was man aus dem Zwischenbericht eines Insolvenzverwalters so über einen Ex-Mieter erfährt...

Zum Glück haben wir mit denen nix mehr zu tun und können höchstens noch irgendwann ein paar (kleine) Zahlungen auf die längst abgeschriebenen Forderungen aus der Frühphase von DEFAMA verbuchen.
