Yes, we met the Embera people who have part of their clan in the Darien Gap in Panama and Colombia and the other part of their clan lives on the Gatun River in Panama. Only the small children go completely natural. The youth and men wear a single small groin cloth and lots of beads for decoration.

The Embera people welcome us to their village because we are their primary source of income. The land they live on was turned into a national park and they are no longer allowed to hunt or farm enough to survive so they had to find another way to get their food. Tourism is how they do that.
