At Firebase we used an adoption funnel and activity map to plan event activities, mapping each action to a user stage - from Awareness to Love. It explained (to leadership) why we were at so many events (>150 per year at peak) and what success looked like.

Costs need to drop by a ton and the impact to everything else needs to drop by a ton. Centralizing all processing power and RAM to these AI systems is going to affect a lot of other businesses. So...funnel all our processing and computing through an AI filter? What a shitty monopoly.
