Historic Marker "Williamston Center United Methodist Church: The Williamston Center United Methodist Church is the out-growth of a Methodist class that met in a local schoolhouse before this structure was completed. On November 5, 1877, members of the congregation pledged money to build this church. Merritt Andress deeded the site to the congregation, and G.S. Bower was the builder. The handsome Greek Revival church, which cost $1,500, was completed in 1879. Sunday School classrooms were added in the 1920s; and a modern kitchen and restroom facilities, in 1960."

A Greek Revival house in the village center. Public record states it was built in 1900, but the design is similar to other 1830/40 examples from the area like the Clark house in Clarkston or the Beebe House in Richmond. I believe this could be the house of the village's founder, William Maxwell.

Two Victorian era houses along South Broadway Street. The house on the left is a large white Greek Revival/Queen Anne-ish house. It's illuminated red with a car passing in front of it. The house on the right is white, though it's dark so it looks bluish grey. It's an Italianate house built in 1910 with a business canopy and wheelchair access. It has an interesting fifth side wide enough to hold an extra window.
