Not sure I should post this... but I'm now 1 month sober after reaching a high enough dose with greymarket Retatrutide, a third-generation GLP-1 currently in final trials. Previously, prescribed tirzepatide did help tho, and many find that enough. I also don't feel need to post as much anymore. 🤷♀️
Saw some post about GLP-1s reducing other impulses like shopping or alcohol and I'm started to think @swiftonsecurity.com wasn't just shit posting about putting it in the water supply

The one little thing that mitigates all these horrors is that they're pulling the cord too late. The decades of terrible waitlists and gatekeeping have created a massive ecosystem of illegal and greymarket HRT, and strangling NHS services can't touch that.

So perhaps as they increase the age on purchasing them, they also need to remove the duty on the cigarettes for existing smokers.
As you say, a lot of current smokers will be buying on greymarket and risk purchasing dodgy products.

My sense is that you're probably going to have to go greymarket if you want actual hormones. I'd start with subreddits and private Facebook groups and find someone else who has a trustworthy supplier.
