99% of fitness content is repackaging the same basic shit or over complicating things for no gain.

I avoid the overly specific stuff. Percentages will tune me right out because very few people can gauge those properly and I cannot be bothered.

I've looked at a number of different sources for guidance. Almost all of the big names have blindspots / biases. 1/2

I have nothing personally against Nippard, I never watched his stuff. Always seemed very gimmicky, even if he never came off as a shitty person. I haven't seen Solomon's video on him and will likely not bother because there's no interest on my end.

If all we knew of Mr. Mike was his YouTube content for RP, he'd be fine. I didn't realize how many feuds he's been involved in. He probably would've never had anyone look at his PHD if he didn't boast his intellect and credential. You hate to see it lol. Now, as a result, I know he's a POS.

Finding out that people write reviews on the Ticketmaster website is something I haven't fully processed yet.

A big part of Guys fandom has been learning how bad people are at understanding reviews and giving scores.

I'm not going to watch it to quantify how bad it is, but the notion of a 'good' Tron movie is totally foreign to me. When I rewatched the first one, I forgot how long the damn thing was and the visual effects were the sole memorable part. I remembered scenes but zero dialogue.
