Cuba in 1962. USS Nautilus remained in service until 1980 when she was decommissioned and stricken from the Naval Record in March of that year. She is now a museum ship in Groton, CT.

Josef Mlot/Mroz totally put his life on the line many times in his statements, picketing, the pamphlets of Save Our Ship (SOS), and of his great signs with the wording of "Communism is Jewish." A Jewish star with a hammer and sickle in the center. Always remember the time back in October of 1991, Boston Anti-Abortion Rally, he held up a sign blaming Jewish doctors for abortion, and made reference to "cannibalism and barbarism." According to those attending the rally, Cardinal Bernard Law sent a priest to ask Miot/Mroz to eliminate the sign to which Josef responded, "Let the cardinal ask me himself." Cardinal Law then took the microphone and he said three times, "I want you to put that sign down," and then added, "No people in history have suffered as much hatred and violence as our Jewish brothers and sisters. we can never forget that." Josef finally did put the sign down as he thought the cardinal was going to have a heart attack if he didn't. I always remember his call to bail him out of jail in Portsmouth (NH) for picketing. Spoke for his behalf in court and had the charges dropped. Many of Josefs sayings were: "My Ambition: To give my life for my country and my heart to God!" "Freedom is a cause: Live, Pray, Work, Fight and Die for it!" "Patriotism In Defense of Freedom Is A Great Virtue...Cowardice In The Face Of Communism Is A Dangerous Vice!" Josef Miot/Mroz stood with many at the Crusade against Communism Summit Conference in Los Angeles (CA) February 19, 1984. Those in attending were, Col. Tom Wilkes, Jim Townsend, Col. A few towns in CT have their own electric utilities (distribution): Groton, Norwich, Norwalk, Wallingford, and Bozrah &Jewett City. They invariably do better in terms of power outages, and typically have lower rates too
