Exactly why abolition is the goal. Until the industry is dismantled the Selfless Saint narrative of adoptive "parents" will be the predominant one. Most people treat adoptees like garbage- solidarity is a myth for us, even on the "left". I mean, look at what hailseitan pulled recently.

I was skeptical but washed flour method for seitan wings is 1000% worth the extra effort. Will wash a bit longer next time but even if it could be better texture was already leaps and bounds better than just using VWG #veganfood #hailseitan
