Overall it was fine, it was a breezy read and it didn't offend my story or taste sensibilities like I feared a trashy Shatner Trek novel might.

I'll keep plowing through the omnibus: up next is the sequel to Star Trek: Generations, The Return! Bring on the schlock!

What if the 𝘌𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦-D had been the one sent back to 2063? With the way the 𝘎𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘹𝘺-class deflector dish is configured, it would have been next to impossible to prevent the Borg from using it as an interplexing beacon...let alone the Borg finding how to get on themselves. #scifi #startrek
