Daar sta ik voor de kassa’s (ik ga 40 jaar terug in de tijd, toen de Japanse stad #Kyoto nog niet werd overspoeld door massa’s toeristen); het is een prachtige winterdag. Mét sneeuw! Mijn Japanse echtgenote rekent de kaartjes af. We gaan naar binnen, de hoek om. #Kinkakuji!

One thing that's a bit obvious, but isn't upfront is just how touristy Kyoto has become and how it's going to be painful to travel around in buses. Usually, you'd hear people say "Visit Kinkakuji/Kiyomizudera Temple" but literally everyone does that, so those places are VERY crowded (same w/Inari)
