Before anyone asks, the secret:
1) Declare the sun as your mortal enemy. Hide from it constantly.

2) Have a connective tissue disorder. You’ll continue to look 25, but you’ll feel 95.😁

I never had a proper headshot taken. Maybe one day. But these are from when I think I was at my best, in 2008, when I killed it with cycling & putting myself first. I'm trying to get back to that. Just this week I've begun doing some of those old fitness routines. #oldheadshotday
