What would happen if Princess Olympias asked Fifi The Warrior to destroy a city with an army provided to her? Would she be sad about it? Would she refuse, and lecture the proud Princess about the worth of people's lives? Would she be fulminating with outrage about being asked to do such a thing?

I played a tiny & completely ineffectual role in the design of the Olympias. It was achieved w/ great aplomb by John Coates, ret Chief Architect of the British Navy. Truly lovely man, v supportive of me in my doctoral work. Anyway, I tried to convince him the trireme design could be slightly longer.
