1st post processing: 1997. 100+ Hale-Bopp shots thru 60 mm spotting scope & a 6 bit per pixel monochrome web cam in Philladelphia. No darks taken. Wrote script getting darkest pixels 4 dark frame. When subtracted from each frame, 2 real mag 9 stars popped out. 386 Linux. Adding frames improve comet.

1st post processing: 1997. 100+ Hale-Bopp shots thru 60 mm spotting scope & a 6 bit per pixel monochrome web cam in Philladelphia. No darks taken. Wrote script getting darkest pixels 4 dark frame. When subtracted from each frame, 2 real mag 9 stars popped out. 386 Linux. Adding frames improve comet.
