I got nothing to help you with that, but I will say that Timbuk3 once put on a free show at NMSU way back when (and I honestly think it was due to a van breakdown) -- it remains the best concert I've ever attended in terms of sheer energy and joy. They Rocked.

When my kids were young, I was amazed how easily they’d remember and love a song that mentioned animals—though usually more overtly and less metaphorically than “Will to Love.” Songs like Timbuk3’s “Facts About Cats” or Lyle Lovett’s “If I Had a Boat” (because of the pony) were on constant request.
