In the Tuskegee Experiment, the scientific method was followed carefully. But the scientific method alone does not guarantee that humans are safe from, and or have equal access to participate in, science. The participants were deceived and treatment for their disease was withheld. Unethical and abusive.

Looking at the week ahead, we’re going to be covering some tough topics in my three classes, even by public health standards: the cholera epidemic in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake; Purdue Pharma and the opioid crisis; and the Tuskegee and Guatemala studies.

Ce livre graphique revient sur l'histoire vraie des Tuskegee's men, hommes afro-américains qui ont combattu dans l'aviation américaine lors de la 2nde Guerre Mondiale, sur fond de racisme. Une belle lecture !

Whoops, they've been allowing diseases to run rampant amongst the underclasses to weed out the "weak" and the "degenerate" since AIDS. Or the tuskegee experiment.
Whoops they've had death camps for years
Begging folks to realize that ICE enforcement is a mass disabling event.

People are being shot. They’ve been blinded. They’ve been traumatized.

The camps are full of disease.

TB, Covid and measles can all kill but they also disable.

It’s eugenics.
