Her bloodlust to me is an involuntary thing that she doesnt like. Revel in but is mostly /relieving/ to act on. So another aspect is her rational mind would not. Want to betray his trust. Bc what a gesture of his nature and affection to trust a killer. The sheep willingly trustin the wolf yaknow

Watching Crossfire (Edward Dmytryk, 1947). Its depiction of antisemitism (which replaces the killer's homophobia in the original novel) is as a form of madness or bloodlust—ultimately creating a variation on the trope of the psychotic killer that replaces perversion with bigotry. It's fascinating!

the reason stuff like this gets walked back and changed is because this is something VERY delicate for the game. in it's current state it very much is bad for the killer side and the majority of killers. not JUST the top of the list like Blight and Nurse, do not benefit from the bloodlust on hook

The article has a solid list, but a few more for the pile:

The Long Goodbye (1975): 7.5/10
Killer Joe (2011): 6.7/10
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (2000): 7.7/10
Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992): 7.4/10
Tropical Malady (2004): 7.1/10
The Return of the Living Dead (1985): 7.3/10
Excalibur (1981): 7.3/10
I have gathered my thoughts and turned it into a fun blog about how IMDb is hell. I hope you like a long, under-explained list of movie ratings. aftermath.site/imdb-review-...

Yes the killer in this case was motivated only by wanton bloodlust, hence his choice to assassinate a completely random stranger who didn't do anything that the killer or his fans would ever object to. It's just violent nihilism.

This is more than Trump wanting to be a dictator or wanting violence in the street. This is literally the sickest shit I have ever seen a public official due in the United States. This is bloodlust. He's like a serial killer that gets other people to do the killing.
We won’t amplify it, but the president posting that Dems are “sick of mind” and “hate our country” immediately after 2 Dem lawmakers and their spouses were shot in their homes is the opposite of leadership. Gas on the fire.

In today's America, a mental health break will cost you your life if a man with murder in his heart and bloodlust in his veins sees that opportunity to satiate the hate in the being. Jordan Neely deserved better, and his killer, like Rottenhouse, gets away with it scott free. No justice. No peace.

This man has a bloodlust and has been unleashed on the world. This is serial killer level shit and we're all just supposed to be ok with it because he was appointed??
Reminder that Miller once asked an admiral “When a boat full of migrants is in int’l waters, they aren’t protected by the U.S. Constitution, right?” When admiral said that’s technically true, but int’l law still applied, Miller replied: “why can’t we use a Predator drone to obliterate that boat?”

Actually, it was causing the chase to not start for Killer at all, making it so Pig could exploit her hats, Bloodlust never happened, and entity blockers would not spawn. It didn't even need the Fog Vials present to do it. A hot fix was posted for it recently.

THAT was the bug, friend.

🧵Their cruel inhumanity makes me sick, which I'd rather feel instead of feeling nothing. As for a society that becomes numb and apathetic to administrative injustice, corruption, demonization, violence, and death against human beings...

(trying to give a Shining City on a Hill speech but people keep shouting that i'm a bloodlust killer over my poetics of momentum, sober acceptance, and divine gumption. they're calling me dogshit, a believer in eradication.) heh, well... well, now.. come on now, guys... hm. Hm.

Predator: Killer of Killers is the definition of Shut Up and Play The Hits. Absolutely phenomenal action with emotional stakes drawn so broadly, they only matter when they need to. Predator’s over-the-top bloodlust was *made* for animation, staggered it took us this long to figure that out.

Tav found him intriguing, a kindred spirit in his bloodlust. He felt drawn to him because of his scent of decay and his killer instincts.
He loved seeing Astarion carve up enemies.

I’ve begun a “watch as many vampire movies as I can while I finish this manuscript” binge.

What a wild one to start with. Kind of a Mexico-lensed, proto-MARTIN, starring Cristina Ferrare as a vampire (serial killer?) whose bloodlust is very Freudian.

Your story stretches before you: tales from the trenches with the Rat Army led by a beautiful and merciless killer who finds more pleasure in the bloody climb to the top than in the successful administration of a sprawling empire, and whose restless bloodlust spawns sequels galore.

Public praise for a killer is an escalation of a troubling trend: bloodlust for destruction & retribution. Americans are rejecting leaders who propose solutions for problems, in favor of antiheroes who just want to burn everything down—figuratively or literally www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/202...

Fatal attraction
lingers in the
taste of moonshine
spilling from the sky,
pouring killer kisses
that draw bloodlust
and dark infatuation
between us,
as I ride your body
senseless like
it’s my last night
alive with you.

I only encounter bad Kaneki players if it's someone new and it can be obvious lmao stop defending brain dead mechanics by giving a killer movement then not balancing off the recovery or the bloodlust mechanic. Y'all insufferable.
