The number of times we heard men saying they couldn’t vote for a Black woman bc then they would have to answer to their wives, or some similar nonsense was not zero

I even say Black Americans helped me out more than anybody else in this country. The first people that put me on and supportive me as a DJ was Black Americans. So I see the hate as sad as hell. What can I say? Sorry you feel that way. Africans and Carribeans ain't your enemies.
