Biodynamic farming. I planted these three cow horns last November; they'll be dug up after the snow has melted, around April. It will be necessary to grow as much food as you can, the added bonus is the crops will be chemical-free.

Hi Erica. I will grow Cowhorns and Healthy Peppers (a Russian variety from Seed Savers). Both do well in cool weather & also survived several heatwaves. I also like "Jimmy Nardello" for frying. All three are sweet varieties.The HPs are extremely prolific and sturdy. We have only +/- 165 days season.
