Family can't sue. Only the individual defamed has standing and under US law, the dead can't be defamed.

Anything that has a chance to change the status quo is defamed, villainized, etc. This is when adults began to learn that their indulgences and abuse affected these children into adulthood. It’s a colossal study of how little society is concerned with mental health.
