Not sure what you want the judge to do in this case. The document explains the judge had specified he'd cancel the hearing if ICE released the detainee, and they did. Listing almost 100 failures on the part of ICE and dunking on them went significantly farther than he needed to.

While I too am an anticapitalist, and am well aware of the concept of wage slavery as it relates to our system of racialized capital, I'm hesitant to use slavery as it relates to wage-labor, in part because we clearly treat wage-laborers differently from forced detainee labor.

1. Every Ice person who has killed a detainee or protestor belong in jail, right now, waiting on trial for murder.
2. Defund Ice, at least 90% of its budget. Put that money back into community health and education.
3. Congressional investigations on all top leadership of DHS and its parts.
