Stupidly hot outside again today
(It's supposed to break tomorrow with hopefully some rain)

Forestey companies forced to replace pines with hemp and native trees as punishment for not clearing their slash is my Utopian dream.

If you've followed me for a bit, then you know we're trying to rebuild oak savanna habitat on our land, and today we were gifted SO MANY oak saplings! Soon they'll be in the ground and feeding native wildlife. Oaks host 10x the biodiversity of our common forestey crop Douglas fir.

This is how I became system analyst for our enterprise database with a forestey/wildlife management degree. Google has made tech so easy that people are getting worse.

Only source of heating on the boat right now is wood.

Petrol station: £12/net, plastic wrapped fast burning softwood from god knows where.

Farm shop: £5/net special offer for 10, locally sourced sustainable forestey hardwood in string nets.

That should keep me going until underflood heating!
