Ouch. So you are presumably already doing as much lung-clearance work as you can and taking out your cilia for a couple of months would be catastrophic, unless the granuloma got them already.

Since I learned to wash my hands properly in 2020 it's improved my quality of life! I used to get granuloma annulare constantly and now I don't. So I am a big fan. For the rest I don't know if it's the handwashing or the masking but seriously, why not both?

My kiddo, Doom, had a biopsy on his post-vax granuloma and rash to see if it was cancerous. It wasn’t. He had a blister for about three months because we didn’t know he also had an adhesive allergy and we thought it was part of the reaction to the granuloma and rash getting worse.

hmmm i think the piercing bump i have is actually a granuloma, it burst like 2 days ago but its not warm (gets warm only if i touch it for cleaning really), the discharge was white and didnt smell like anything. its not swollen either, its just shedding and bleeding a little

So back in 2018, we teamed up with @joanneflynn19.bsky.social, @joshmattila.bsky.social, et al at UPitt to spatially map granulomas from their NHP TB model. Because we knew the Mtb burden of each granuloma we could ask how spatial structure and function correspond with bacterial control (!!). (3/20)

granuloma? depende muito, tem que saber primeiro se ela apareceu por infecção ou por atrito, mas geralmente compressa morna com soro funciona

We discuss how we can manage the granuloma with NSAIDs/Steroids/antibiotics as required, and he explains the "wash out" time between NSAIDs of 7 days if I think she needs a steroid injection.
