There's one picture I found in the vault from years ago that I can't share because it's straight up porn but the lighting is such that I think I actually had gynaecomastia and just didn't realise but put together with how my hips were I kinda see why I didn't have that much dysphoria before

The skremetti case was insane and ridiculous. It explicitly discriminates on the basis of both sex and transgender status. If a cis boy is suffering dysphoria from gynaecomastia he can get GAC, but a trans boy cannot get the same care for the same issue.

That's the backdoor pathway that is not believed to be active in adults most of the time. It definitely is sometimes, but it's not the norm.
Suppressing T is enough to cause gynaecomastia on its own in iirc at least 50% of cases within 2 years.
