a plant sits in front of an open window, snowy background visible. it sits on a long shelf-bench, which continues past the window to be the lowest in a series of shelves. visible on the shelves is a plaque, some maths books, and a pile of blurred out student papers. the space is too big and the plant is too small, so it looks lonely in its surrounding negative space. perhaps this is an intentional artistic choice of interior design. perhaps i want students who visit to see it and be struck by the smallness and insignificance of their own being. perhaps i want to stare at it and contemplate the futiity of my own life as, metaphorically, a small plant in a hostile and snowy and void world. i don't actually know what kind of plant it is; if you want to know tag my bf to ask.

As an architect, my designs can be very creative, but they must also be very functional: a nice space for living, working and playing. A movement within design that inspires me is futurism. Coming from cubism, it embraces the dynamics of modern society and glorifies noise, movement & speed. In this living room you see futuristic motifs, such as rockets and space travel (space age design). You can see this, for example, in the lamps, and the shape of the orange chair. This living room is modern minimalistic. The materials are simple, but still interesting because of their reflective or colorful surfaces. Straight lines and long streaks of light suggest speed and movement. What also makes me happy is a tidy house. I prefer to keep my designs, models and art books out of sight. me and my girlfriend were on call looking at houses that were abt $6m to around $200,000 I definitely recommend especially if the both of you enjoy interior design BUT you will probably be visually terrorized by either A. extremely disgustingly decorated or B. eerily empty and grimy houses so 8.5/10

The interior of her body is like dead wood. She holds a glass of brandy in her left hand and a simple survival knife in her right. She wears an off-white button up shirt and a brown flat-brimmed with a red veil decorating the top and back. The veil is secured by a leather band that holds a golden ring and the hilt of her knife. Resentment, an elven ardande woman (Pathfiner 2nd Edition) with bark gray skin, long autumn-brown hair that drapes across her face/body, entirely red eyes, and a hole where her heart should be as well as a hole in her left thigh and above her right clavicle. The interior of her body is like dead wood. A spider crawls out of the cavity in her chest, her witch's familiar. An enlarged version of it is off to the right of her to show detail, under her name. Fragments of Byzantine pottery preserve decorative motifs that were placed on the base of each pot’s interior. They represent a range of geometric and abstract floral motifs - such as the intricate linear design preserved on this fragment- that were created by cutting through the white slip, or glaze, to reveal the red earthenware beneath. This technique of engraved slipware is known as sgraffitto. Color washes in a range of greens and browns were then placed over the incised decoration. First developed in the eleventh century, this combination of sgraffitto and color washes remained a defining feature of fine Byzantine pottery for several centuries. Later Byzantine pottery such as this circulated throughout the eastern Mediterranean. Over time, it competed with an increasing number of imported ceramics of Italian, Islamic, and even Chinese origin. The technique and decorative motif seen here continued to be used in regions of Greece, Anatolia, and the Balkans during the Ottoman Empire (15th–20th century), thereby outlasting the Byzantine Empire itself, which ended in 1453.
