Since Trails-verse Tsu is so new, I haven't had the chance to expand on her lore much.
As far as canon characters go, definitely Rufus since they went to school together and by extension, the Ironbloods.
Given she's a cinnamonroll like Towa, Tsu could probably get along with just about anyone.
