More photos of the 3e Brigade de Spahis in January 1940. The brigade (composed of the 2e Rgt de Spahis Algériens and 2e Rgt de Spahis Marocains) is best known for its valiant defense of La Horgne in May, where it held until near-annihilation.

The 25mm SA 34 weighed 480kg, while the improved SA 37 came in at 310kg, making the gun fairly portable!
