These figures represent Ehécatl (a representation of Quetzalcoatl), who, with his breath gave movement to the sun and the moon and granted the gift of life. These served as load-bearing structural supports and were found at archaeological sites such as Calixtlahuaca and at the Templo Mayor in CDMX.

So long as I got hologram projectors or at least a screen I can show up on, I want people to see a spinning Punch or quetzalcoatl dragon when I'm working on an in-depth task.

Their Franciscan and Dominican near contemporaries were busily doing the same for Quetzalcoatl/Ehecatl and Viracocha.

I think if they ever were to meet and know who each other was - Quetzalcoatl would feel this envy towards Eztli because she is a part of herself, of her very soul, but because she is not visibly disabled Quetzy would sort of view her as what could have been for her own life and health

I think Quetzalcoatl would also be disgusted by Eztli’s view of her own duty as the WoL when Quetzalcoatl had always been proud of her Future duty, one she never got to take the mantle of because of the sundering… idk many thoughts but its nearing 3am on a work day so im ending this here teehee

In Aztec culture the opossum (tlacuache) was associated with a gentle, protective nature, and its tail was sometimes used in folk medicine, particularly in relation to childbirth
