I can see why Twitch has to lay down the banhammer on folks broadcasting, like, King of the Hill 24/7 (RIP to *that* hero), but Retrocommercials and The Old Timey Computer Show weren't hurting anyone by rebroadcasting decades-old old junk of nebulous copyright status that no one cares about anymore.
