I think Alien Factor might be the best CT, uh, episode? Experiment? Of course I generally prefer the ones that were recorded live, they have so much more energy. SCCtM is the only studio CT that comes close.

The actors in SCCTM are doing their best, but when you're up against a motionless camera, a cardboard bucket-head robot costume & a polar bear costume so bad you can see bits of the guy inside, it's a bit of a lost cause. Too stiff to be cringy, thankfully.
