How much changes mechanically if D&D humans were called something else (like Tallmen, via Delicious in Dungeon), and they, along with elves, dwarves, goblins, etc were considered "human?"

i would love to point out colts face scar isnt from anything dragon related he just was a very nosy kid in his moms smith and got a lot of burns from it, the real dragon thing abt it is how well he healed from those but they attributed it to being half-elf (theyre in a majority tallmen village)
