…reference books, percentage-read number to this point is 93.3%; TBR count is 55. Non-fiction vs fiction: 4:3.

Author whose works I have the most copies of:
@TheAuthorGuy. Haven’t gotten to my Bernard Cornwell section yet, though. He has a big catalog.

Still sputtering along on in my sort-of-in publication-order re-read of the oeuvre of @TheAuthorGuy . After “Fluke” I skipped over “Fool”* and I am now reading “Sacré Bleu”, in my opinion the most challenging of his books… 🧵

* (I will go back and read the three “Fool” books consecutively.)

Lots of little quakes near Colma? Maybe it's the dead rising up en masse just in time for a zombie Christmas. Now THAT would be a sequel for The Stupidest Angel. 🧟‍♂️🎅🤔 (@theauthorguy)

@theauthorguy - 66% of King Lear’s daughters kowtow, but this thread also contains some scorching Cordelia. And, heinous f*ckery most foul.

Shakespeare for Squirrels by @theAuthorGuy is worth a reread. Thanks for this reminder!

Anything by Christopher Moore. The most delightful one is Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Jesus' Childhood Friend.

I can honestly say that for authors, depending upon their genre, the interaction with their fan base on socials seems to be important but I don't think it makes up a big part of sales. It does help promote book tours. I'm thinking about 2 authors I followed onto here from x: #theauthorguy and 1/
